of <h1>Customs told to stop collecting anti-dumping duty on titanium dioxide imports from China PR after notification quashed</h1> Pursuant to a High Court of Calcutta order dated 22 September 2025 in a writ petition filed by an industry association against government authorities, the court quashed Customs Notification No. 12/2025-Customs (ADD) dated 10 May 2025 that had imposed anti-dumping duty on imports of titanium dioxide originating in or exported from China PR. Consequently, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs instructs all customs field formations to immediately cease collection of anti-dumping duty on such titanium dioxide imports with effect from the date of this instruction.
