of <h1>ICEGATE 2.0 launches online Section 65 permission module for MOOWR and MOOSWR with user manuals</h1> A customs authority has launched an ICEGATE 2.0 online module to process applications for permissions under Section 65 for MOOWR (warehouses licensed under Section 58) and MOOSWR (special warehouses licensed under Section 58A). User manuals with step-wise instructions and screenshots are available on the ICEGATE site and users are advised to review them. Technical issues should be reported to the ICEGATE helpdesk, with departmental escalation channels specified. Chief Commissioners are directed to publish port codes for application receipt/processing within their jurisdictions and to facilitate trade onboarding to the new module; a Hindi version is available.
