of <h1>Online ICEGATE 2.0 module launched for Section 65 permissions in MOOWR and MOOSWR warehouses under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The circular announces the launch of an online ICEGATE 2.0 module for processing permissions under Section 65 of the Customs Act, 1962, covering MOOWR (for Section 58 warehouses) and MOOSWR (for Section 58A special warehouses). It directs trade and departmental users to detailed user manuals available on ICEGATE for stepwise guidance. Difficulties in using the module are to be reported to the ICEGATE helpdesk, with departmental issues escalated to the designated support email. Chief Commissioners of Customs must issue Public Notices specifying the port codes for receiving and processing Section 65 permission applications within their jurisdiction and ensure smooth onboarding of trade to the new online system. A Hindi version will follow.
