of <h1>Phased integration of courier Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills with central bank IDPMS via ICEGATE; AD code optional initially</h1> An advisory announces phased integration of the Courier Bills of Entry and Courier Shipping Bills data from the courier clearance system with the central bank's IDPMS/EDPMS via the ICEGATE portal to streamline foreign exchange compliance. AD (Authorised Dealer) code registration on ICEGATE is encouraged but will be optional during the initial phase; processing of CBEs/CSBs will continue even if AD codes are not registered. Existing AD registrations at ACC locations with matching port codes remain valid. AD code validation will be enabled later once trade readiness is confirmed; users are directed to ICEGATE helpdesk for issues.
