of <h1>Export General Manifest filings to end; Sea Departure Manifest and Notification required from 16 July 2025 with technical support sessions</h1> With transitional provisions extended to 30 September 2025, filing of Export General Manifest messages at Mundra Port will cease and be replaced by Sea Departure Manifest and Sea Departure Notification messages under the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations effective 16 July 2025. A technical handholding and awareness session will be held 15-16 July to assist trade users; stakeholders should attend with technical staff and equipment for hands-on support. Technical teams will be available for queries, and any implementation difficulties should be raised with the Additional/Assistant Commissioner of Customs, MCD Section, Mundra for redressal.
