of <h1>SION C-2049 approves Net-to-Net and Net+1% component norms for mobile phone exports to speed Advance Authorisations</h1> The issuing trade authority notifies SION C-2049 under Engineering & Electronic Items for export of mobile phones, specifying permitted import components with 'Net-to-Net' or 'Net +1%' norms for numerous parts (sensors, connectors, chips, displays, batteries, filters, etc.). Regional authorities may now grant Advance Authorisations directly using this SION without referring individual cases to the Norms Committee, intended to expedite clearances and ensure uniform, standardized input-output compliance for relevant export authorisations.
