of <h1>From 5 June 2024 duty drawback paid directly to exporters' PFMS-linked bank accounts; banks cheques and scrolls discontinued</h1> With effect from 5 June 2024, duty drawback payments will be disbursed directly into exporters' bank accounts via the Public Finance Management System (PFMS); printing of drawback scrolls for banks and issuance of cheques are discontinued. Authorized officers will process drawback scrolls which will be automatically routed by CAS to a central nodal eDDO, then to the nodal ePAO for approval and credit to PFMS-linked accounts. Jurisdictional drawback sections must process pre-5 June scrolls, notify last cheque numbers to PAO and banks, and return or account for cheque books as instructed. Traders with issues may contact the designated helpdesk email.
