of <h1>Customs allows exporters to request post-EGM amendment to enable RODTEP claims for shipping bills from 01.05.2025</h1> Customs authority informs exporters that alignment of the customs tariff effective 01.05.2025 led to retrospective notification of export incentive rates, causing inability to claim the benefit for shipping bills filed before system updates; eligible exporters may now request post-EGM amendment on shipping bills filed on or after 01.05.2025 to switch RODTEP claim from 'N' to 'Y' via the Post EGM Amendment module, and stakeholders encountering issues should report them to the Assistant Commissioner (Drawback) of the local customs commissionerate by email.
