of <h1>Non-Basmati Rice Exports Require Export Contract Registration with Designated Authority Under Chapter 10 ITC(HS) from 24 Sep 2025</h1> Effective 24 September 2025, exports of non-basmati rice under the relevant Chapter 10 ITC(HS) codes are permitted only after registration of export contracts with the designated export development authority; exporters must submit contract registration documentation before shipments are allowed. The export policy has been amended to add this mandatory condition and stakeholders are instructed to ensure compliance for all non-basmati rice export consignments.
