of <h1>Exporters/Carriers Alert: Resolve EGM Errors (SB002, SB006, SB005) to Claim Drawback and IGST Refunds via Form 9A</h1> The notice alerts exporters, carriers and agents that pending drawback and IGST refunds arise from Electronic General Manifest (EGM) issues, categorized as EGM not filed (SB002), gateway EGM missing/stuck (SB006), invalid invoice mismatches (SB005) and post-filing EGM errors. Affected parties must coordinate with shipping lines/agents to file or amend EGMs and may request revalidation from the exports/drawback/IGST section; invoice mismatches may require GSTR-1 amendment via Form 9A but shipping bill errors are generally not amendable. Annexed lists identify affected shipping bills; status can be checked on ICEGATE and a contact email is provided for assistance.
