of <h1>DGFT mandates online Deemed Export Application via 2021 module per Notice 12/2021-22; manual claims will be rejected</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade reiterates that the online Deemed Export Application module introduced in 2021 remains the mandatory channel for claiming deemed export benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20; manual applications submitted at Regional Authorities or SEZ offices will not be accepted. Trade participants, authorized representatives and SEZs must file claims strictly via the DGFT online module and follow the procedure set out in Notice 12/2021-22. Noncompliance will result in rejection of applications.
