of <h1>Customs allows post-EGM amendment to convert RoDTEP claim from 'N' to 'Y' for eligible exporters' shipping bills</h1> Customs authority notifies that exporters who could not claim RoDTEP for shipping bills filed on or after 01.05.2025-owing to retrospective tariff rate notifications implemented later on the Customs Automated System-may request post-EGM amendments to convert RoDTEP claim from 'N' to 'Y' for specified tariff items. Requests will be processed per relevant system advisories and existing public notice procedures; the notice serves as a standing order for officers to process eligible amendments and stakeholders are urged to submit requests promptly.
