of <h1>CBDT removes units 92 and 105 from Schedule under Section 144B(3) of Income-tax Act, effective immediately</h1> The Central Board of Direct Taxes has amended its previous Office Order dated June 10, 2022, under sub-section (3) of section 144B of the Income-tax Act, 1961, by removing entries numbered 92 and 105 from the Schedule. These changes pertain to the setting up of units under the specified provision. The amendments take immediate effect and have been approved by the Chairman of the Board.
