of <h1>MOOWR Scheme Online Applications Accepted Until October 31, 2025 Under Customs Act Sections 58 & 65</h1> The existing online application facility under the MOOWR Scheme on the Invest India portal will continue to operate until October 31, 2025, allowing applicants to submit applications under sections 58 and 65 of the Customs Act, 1962. Applications received through this portal will be processed by the relevant Customs authorities in accordance with current laws and guidelines. A new digital submission system is being developed, and a transition plan will be communicated in due course. The previous circular dated July 22, 2025, regarding email submissions is withdrawn. Customs authorities are instructed to promptly inform trade and industry stakeholders and provide necessary support to ensure uninterrupted service.
