of <h1>FCRA registration certificates extended until September 30, 2025 for entities with pending renewal applications</h1> The Ministry of Home Affairs has extended the validity of FCRA registration certificates for two categories of entities. First, entities whose validity was previously extended until June 30, 2025, with pending renewal applications, will have their certificates extended until September 30, 2025, or until renewal application disposal, whichever is earlier. Second, entities whose five-year validity expires between July 1-September 30, 2025, and have applied for renewal, receive the same extension. The circular warns that if renewal applications are refused, certificate validity expires on the refusal date, making entities ineligible to receive or utilize foreign contributions.
