of <h1>GST Implementation in Telangana: State Tax Commissioner Adopts All CBIC Circulars Under TGST Act, 2017</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Telangana State has adopted all CBIC Circulars for implementation of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This adoption is meant to ensure uniformity in GST implementation across central and state jurisdictions. All CBIC Circulars will be deemed to have been issued by the Commissioner of State Tax in Telangana, unless specific circulars on similar issues are separately issued by the state authority. The circular clarifies this administrative arrangement but cannot be used for interpretation of legal provisions.
