of <h1>Income Tax Department Prepares for ITBA Module Rollout; Infrastructure Needs Assessment Due by January 15, 2016.</h1> The Directorate of Income Tax (Systems) requests the identification of necessary infrastructure to support the rollout of the Investigation and Search & Survey Modules of the Income Tax Business Application (ITBA). The ITBA, launched in phases since June 2015, requires network nodes, RSA tokens, bandwidth, desktops, and printers for effective implementation. Officers are instructed to assess these needs and report to the Additional Director General by January 15, 2016. A dedicated screen in the ITD application will capture the infrastructure requirements, and submissions should be made in the specified format to avoid duplicity.
