These sessions should be scheduled on working days, with details publicly notified and displayed on relevant websites. Designated SEZ officers are required to resolve issues promptly. A public notice and monthly compliance report detailing grievances and resolutions must be submitted to the Department of Commerce by the 5th of each month.
