To enhance the 'One Time Default Intimation' and '72 hrs prior intimation' processes, an online module was introduced, requiring an OTP verification sent to importers' registered mobile numbers. Concerns about multiple DPD Registrations using the same email IDs have prompted the automatic update of contact information to match IEC Registration data. Importers can change this information by submitting the required documents through their registered emails. Issues should be reported to the Additional Commissioner in charge of the DPD Cell.
