This new system introduces features such as multi-user access, Aadhaar-based e-signature options, an integrated dashboard, and cost sheet digitization to streamline the certification process for exporters. Issuing agencies must transition to this system, ensuring accurate data migration and user management. The eCoO 2.0 system will also incorporate an e-wallet facility and enhanced verification methods. Support and guidance will be provided through user guides, outreach programs, and a helpdesk.
