of <h1>Associations under FCRA can now file new Form FC-6E while another is pending to update key functionaries.</h1> Associations registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, facing issues with submitting a new Form FC-6E application to report changes in office bearers or key functionaries while a previous application is pending, are now permitted to file another Form FC-6E. This decision allows associations to submit a new application with pre-filled details from the pending one, which will then be automatically closed as 'disposed as closed' upon the new submission. This change aims to streamline the process and address the difficulties reported by associations. Approval has been granted by the Competent Authority.
