Applications for ETA are to be submitted on the SARAL Sanchar portal, requiring necessary documents and fees. Once submitted, applicants can download their ETA certificates. ETAs ensure compliance with RF regulations, and holders must secure a No Objection Certificate or other clearances from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade before importing equipment. Compliance with all import regulations is the responsibility of the ETA holders. Previous instructions have been modified accordingly.
