The Board has requested the Postal Authorities to implement measures to address these delays. Meanwhile, if proof of export is not received within six months from dispatch, the Board allows provisional credit in the exporter's bond account. This is contingent upon a certificate from the exporter's bank confirming receipt of sale proceeds and a certificate from the local post office confirming the export parcel has not been returned.
