of <h1>FCRA Registration Validity Extended: Certificates Now Valid Until 31.03.2024 for Timely Renewal Applicants.</h1> The Central Government has extended the validity of FCRA registration certificates for certain entities. For those whose certificates were valid until 30.09.2023 and have pending renewal applications, validity is extended to 31.03.2024 or until the renewal decision. Entities with certificates expiring between 01.10.2023 and 31.03.2024, who apply for renewal on time, also receive an extension to 31.03.2024 or until their application is processed. If a renewal application is refused, the certificate expires on the refusal date, prohibiting receipt or use of foreign contributions. This decision is approved by the Competent Authority.
