        <h1>Deadline Extended for Filing Form PAS-7 on Share Warrants to August 5, 2024, per Companies Amendment Rules 2023.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing Form PAS-7, related to share warrants issued by public companies before the Companies Act, 2013, to August 5, 2024. This form, now available on the MCA-21 Portal, must be used by companies to report details of such share warrants to the Registrar without incurring additional fees. This extension follows the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Second Amendment Rules, 2023, and has been approved by the Competent Authority.
