of <h1>Customs Notice: CFS Name Change to DP World Multimodal Logistics Effective April 8, 2024; Liabilities Unchanged.</h1> The Customs Department has issued a public notice regarding the change of name for the Container Freight Station (CFS) from M/s. Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Seva) Private Limited to M/s. DP World Multimodal Logistics Private Limited, effective from April 8, 2024. The CFS, located at Thiruvottiyur Ponneri High Road, Thiruvallur District, will now operate under the new name in all customs documents. Despite the name change, the entity will remain responsible for all past, present, and future liabilities and obligations associated with its previous name. The notice is in accordance with guidelines from the Board's letter dated July 13, 2017.
