of <h1>Jawaharlal Nehru Port's New Liquid Cargo Jetty LB03/04 Designated as Customs Area; Custodian Appointed for Five Years.</h1> Under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, the additional Liquid Cargo Jetty LB03/04 at Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Maharashtra has been designated as a Customs Area for unloading liquid cargo. The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority is appointed as the Custodian and Customs Cargo Service Provider for this facility, effective for five years. They must comply with the Customs Act and Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009. The Commissioner of Customs retains the right to review this appointment if compliance issues arise.
