of <h1>Finance Ministry Updates Contact for CBIC Legal Cell; Enforces SLP Submission via LIMBS & E-office Only.</h1> The circular from the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, modifies an earlier instruction dated 14.03.2022. It updates the contact details in paragraph 3, changing the name from 'O R Meena' to 'Varun Chadha' for the CBIC Legal Cell. It instructs all Principal Chief Commissioners and Director Generals of Customs and GST to ensure that SLP proposals are submitted via LIMBS and e-office modes, which are the only accepted methods. Additionally, proposals must include all necessary documents as per the Board's Circular No. 935/25/2010-CX and be submitted in a single receipt mode on e-office.
