Exporters, Customs Brokers, and Shipping Lines are advised to check the status of their claims promptly after the Let Export Order and Truck Summary/EGM filing. Many claims remain pending due to exporters not responding to queries in the EDI system. Exporters must reply to these queries by February 28, 2024, to avoid claims being processed based on available records or applicable rates. A list of pending claims is attached for reference, and assistance is available from the Deputy Commissioner of Customs.
