M/s Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority vide letter dated 06.06.2023 applied for notification of Additional Liquid Cargo Jetty duly constructed by them which is extension to the existing BPCL Jetty with a capacity of 4.5 MTPA to handle the liquid vessels. The Berth consists of unloading platform of size 108m x 050m, mooring dolphins 4 nos and pump house 49m x 20m.

Jawaharlal Nehru Port's New Liquid Cargo Jetty Approved by Customs; Awaiting Commencement Certificate for Operations.

The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority applied for the notification of an Additional Liquid Cargo Jetty, an extension to the existing BPCL Jetty, with a capacity of 4.5 MTPA for liquid vessels. The jetty includes an unloading platform, mooring dolphins, and a pump house. The Commissioner of Customs at Nhava Sheva has officially notified this jetty as a designated unloading area for liquid cargo, subject to compliance with the Customs Act, 1962, and related regulations. The commencement of operations is contingent upon obtaining a 'Commencement Certificate' from the Customs office.
