of <h1>DGFT Clarifies Ad-Hoc Norms Applicability for Pending Cases Filed Under Self-Declaration Scheme Since April 1, 2015.</h1> Policy Circular No. 08/2023, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, clarifies the applicability of ad-hoc norms ratified on or after April 1, 2015. These norms will apply to pending cases or applications filed under the self-declaration scheme from the same date, provided they were filed before the application for which the norms were ratified. This clarification does not apply to items listed under Appendix 4P for other applicants. The circular is approved by the Competent Authority and is directed to all regional authorities, exporters, trade members, and customs authorities.
