If this information is unavailable due to supplier confidentiality, a self-undertaking is required. These requirements apply to import declarations filed from October 15, 2023, and export declarations from October 1, 2023. Stakeholder consultations influenced these changes, and any implementation difficulties should be reported to the customs office.
