The GST Portal now includes modules for filing GST appeals, developed by the Bangalore Zonal Unit of the Directorate General of Systems and Data Management. This enhancement is part of the Dispute Settlement and Resolution (DSR) initiative. Appellants and officers can use these modules to file appeals as per Section 107 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and related rules.
