This system streamlines the process by allowing banks to send electronic Inward Remittance Messages (IRMs) to the DGFT, reducing transaction time and costs. The system requires banks to integrate via API by January 31, 2024, and provides resources such as user guides and FAQs on the DGFT website. Both the upgraded and legacy systems will run concurrently until full transition. Stakeholders can provide feedback and seek support through designated channels.
