of <h1>India's Finance Ministry Enables Advance Assessment of Courier Shipping Bills to Boost Business Efficiency and Speed.</h1> The Government of India's Ministry of Finance has issued a circular allowing advance assessment of Courier Shipping Bills (CSBs) to reduce dwell time and improve ease of business. The Express Cargo Clearance System (ECCS) has been updated to enable this advance assessment, as confirmed by the Directorate General of Systems. Field formations are instructed to issue public notices for guidance. Any difficulties encountered should be reported to the Board. An advisory has been issued to inform stakeholders about these changes, ensuring CSBs are assessed before the physical arrival of consignments.
