A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the manufacturer or authorized dealer is mandatory. Export benefits cannot be claimed for activated or modified phones, which require MOEF clearance. For exports claiming incentives, supporting documents must be uploaded, and the country of origin must be established for claims. Any issues should be reported to the Deputy Commissioner of Customs in Bengaluru.
