of <h1>Customs Updates: M/s Continental Warehousing Renamed to M/s DP World Multimodal Logistics, Effective November 30, 2022.</h1> The Customs authority has announced a change in the name of the Container Freight Station (CFS) previously known as M/s Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Seva) Private Limited to M/s DP World Multimodal Logistics Private Limited, effective from November 30, 2022. This change is applicable to all documents handled by the Customs Department. Despite the name change, the responsibilities and obligations of the CFS Custodian, including litigation, statutory obligations, tax disputes, and other pending issues, remain unchanged. This notice is issued following the guidelines from the Board's letters and relevant circulars.
