Import declarations must include the IUPAC name and CAS number for chemicals under specific chapters of the Customs Tariff Act. Export declarations require the name of the medicinal plant, formulation details, and surface material contact information for products under specified chapters. These measures aim to reduce queries, enhance assessment efficiency, and expedite clearance processes. Any implementation issues should be reported to the Additional Commissioner (Technical) via email.
