This initiative involves establishing a common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (ODR Portal) managed by Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs) such as stock exchanges and depositories. The portal will facilitate online conciliation and arbitration for disputes between investors and market participants, including listed companies and intermediaries. The circular outlines procedures for dispute resolution, empanelment of ODR institutions, and roles of MIIs. Implementation will occur in phases, with the first phase commencing in August 2023.
