However, exports are permitted under specific conditions: if loading began before the notification, if the shipping bill was filed and vessels berthed before the notification, or if consignments were handed over to Customs before the notification. These conditions are independent, and fulfilling any one allows export. The deadline for export under these conditions is 31.08.2023. This clarification follows representations from stakeholders seeking guidance on the conditions.
