Collectors are frequently sponsoring points that are already the subject of CERA objections without indicating the current status or the department's response to these objections. The Board requires that Collectors provide copies of CERA objections, departmental replies, and self-contained briefs on these points. Additionally, the latest status of the objections must be communicated to facilitate the invitation of a representative from the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General to the conferences.
