West Bengal Tax Order Amended: Extension Period Revised to End on September 30, 2023, for Section 65 Compliance.

In the corrigendum to Order No. 02/WBGST/PRO/2023 dated July 7, 2023, issued by the Directorate of Commercial Taxes, Government of West Bengal, an amendment is made to the opening paragraph. The original text, which extended a period "for a further period of three (03) months from the due date of completion as referred to in sub-section (4) of section 65 of the said Act," is revised to specify the extension "up to the 30th day of September, 2023." The document is authorized by the Commissioner of State Tax, West Bengal.
