of <h1>CBIC Circular Amends RoSCTL Scheme: Extends Scrip Validity to Two Years, Removes Certain Transfer Conditions.</h1> Amendments to the Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL) Scheme have been announced, as per CBIC Circular No. 22/2022-Customs. Notification No. 77/2021 has been amended to remove specific conditions related to the transferee-holder of the scrip. Additionally, the Electronic Duty Credit Ledger Regulations have been modified to extend the validity of scrips from one year to two years. Stakeholders are advised to report any difficulties to the Commissioner of Customs, Pune. This notice serves as a standing order for departmental officers.
