of <h1>CBIC Circular No. 21/2022: RoDTEP Scheme Updates Extend Scrip Validity to 2 Years, Modify Transfer Conditions.</h1> The circular announces amendments to the Scheme for Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) as per the CBIC Circular No. 21/2022-Customs. Key changes include the deletion of certain conditions related to transferee-holder of the scrip in Notification No.76/2021, amended by Notification No.75/2022. Additionally, the Electronic Duty Credit Ledger Regulations have been updated to extend the validity of scrips from one year to two years, as per Notification No.79/2022. Stakeholders are advised to report any difficulties to the Commissioner of Pune Customs, and the notice serves as a standing order for departmental officers.
