of <h1>Pune Customs Waives Late Fees for Bills of Entry Due to System Downtime Post-Union Budget 2022-23.</h1> The Customs Office in Pune announced a waiver of late filing fees for Bills of Entry due to system downtime following the Union Budget 2022-23. The ICEGATE system was unavailable from 5 PM on February 1, 2022, until all budgetary changes were updated in the ICES. This downtime may have caused difficulties in filing advance Bills of Entry for consignments arriving on or after February 1, 2022. Consequently, late fees for delayed filings related to IGMs submitted during this period will be waived. This notice serves as a standing order for department officers and staff, approved by the Commissioner of Customs, Pune.
