of <h1>Deadline Extended for Filing Form DPT-3: Companies Can Submit by 31st July 2023 Without Extra Fees.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for companies to file Form DPT-3, the return of deposits, for the financial year ending 31st March 2023. Originally due by 30th June 2023, companies can now file without incurring additional fees until 31st July 2023. This extension accommodates the transition of the MCA-21 Portal from Version 2 to Version 3. The decision was made with the approval of the competent authority.
