This appointment is made under the powers conferred by the Service Tax Rules, 1994, and the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017. The adjudication pertains to two notices with specified amounts, which are answerable to the designated officer in Aizawl and Haldia. The order is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, dated May 4, 2023.
