of <h1>CGST & CX Surat Commissionerate Appointed to Adjudicate SCNs for M/s Global Infrastructure Under Service Tax Rules 1994.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has appointed the Additional Commissioner/Joint Commissioner of CGST & CX, Surat Commissionerate as the Central Excise Officer to adjudicate Show Cause Notices (SCNs) issued to a company, referred to as M/s Global Infrastructure. This appointment is made under the powers conferred by the Service Tax Rules, 1994 and the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017. The SCNs, dated 18.10.2021 and 24.10.2021, involve amounts of Rs. 71,75,613 and Rs. 57,40,490, respectively, and are answerable to the Joint Commissioner, CGST & CX, Ujjain and Surat.
