of <h1>India's Insolvency Board Requires CIRP Applicants to Submit Applications Online Before Filing with Authority.</h1> The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India issued a circular requiring applicants to provide a copy of the application for initiating the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) to the Board before filing with the Adjudicating Authority. A facility for online submission is available on the Board's website. The circular also mandates forwarding applications to the Information Utility, which will notify other creditors and process default information. A revised format for application submission is provided, superseding a previous circular. Applicants are encouraged to use this online facility, and detailed submission guidelines are included.
