Nabanita Pal, Special Commissioner, as the Nodal Officer to coordinate between State and Central tax authorities for verification of transitional credit claims in TRAN-1 and TRAN-2 filed by registered taxpayers, pursuant to the relevant trade circular and higher court direction; the administrative order takes immediate effect.
