Exporters must submit requests via the DGFT's online module using the ANF 2N application format, along with a purchase order, invoice, and ISO 22000 compliance evidence, if applicable. A processing fee of Rs. 1000 is required. Applications received by Monday will be reviewed in the IMC's weekly Thursday meeting. Approved exports require a Quality Certificate from the Export Inspection Council, valid for three months. All documents must be self-attested, and incomplete applications will be rejected.
